COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Let’s Go Aero (LGA), innovator of gear transport and outdoor lifestyle products, introduces the LittleGiant TreeHaus™ Camper, an all-in-one system ideal for everyday utility use, campground fun and outdoor adventure in the backcountry.
The TreeHaus Camper is built on the LittleGiant Trailer™, an all-galvanized three quarter ton capacity pickup bed-style trailer featuring a “Box Truss” bed design that offers lightweight yet high-strength capacity in a cargo area the size of a mid-to-full size pickup truck bed. The LittleGiant Trailer weighs 420 pounds and offers a cargo bed measuring 86 inches long, 54 inches wide and 24 inches high, a load rating up to 1,500 pounds of cargo, and a 1,920 pound gross weight rating.
LittleGiant Trailer’s lightweight, galvanized construction, two-foot sidewalls, removable end gates, A-frame coupler, torsion axle and flexible channeling system for attachment capability set it apart from other utility trailers on the market. It can be used with any tow-rated vehicle for significant fuel savings, and its solid interior with high sidewalls and attachment capabilities provide secure cargo containment.
“The ability to get the form and function of a pickup truck for under $2,000 and have that “pickup bed” function extend to more economical small cars really connects among our customers,” said Marty Williams, president, LGA.
The TreeHaus Camper sets up easily in about fifteen minutes, and in the process transforms the LittleGiant trailer into off-the-ground living space. The TreeHaus Camper model includes the trailer with lightweight aluminum side decks, a high-quality fully-featured tent with storm fly that keeps the Camper interior dry in the heaviest of rain, rear leveler stabilizer jacks, and a tongue-mounted marine jack with a large caster wheel that in combination with the rear jacks makes leveling the Camper a snap. The front and rear end gates remove and slide along the top inside of the trailer bed to create a 50-inch by 101-inch sleeping surface with convenient storage underneath. The overall TreeHaus Camper measures seven feet long, eight and a half feet wide and six feet ten inches high, weighs just 485 pounds, and comfortably sleeps four people with standing and storage room.
Entry doors with zippered mesh screens on both ends are flanked by large bay windows on both sides, and a mesh sky view ceiling provides 360-degree visibility and great ventilation. The storm fly and rugged tie-in/tie-out tent tension system keeps the TreeHaus interior dry in wind speeds as high as 40 mph. The fabric is 190T ripstop polyester with a 2,000 mm polyurethane coating, one of the highest quality water and UV- resistant fabric materials among tents.
The TreeHaus Camper components almost disappear when stored inside the LittleGiant Trailer. This disappearing act leaves almost the full use (width reduced from 54 inches to 52 inches) of the interior for carrying all of the fun things you take along on a trip, anything from luggage to outdoor living furnishings to an ATV.
The LittleGiant Trailer’s high-quality torsion axle system features an independent, rubber-dampened suspension for a quiet and stable ride at interstate speeds and when skittering across the gravel “washboard”. The torsion axle system provides LittleGiant owners with passenger vehicle-like performance and reliability.
